All orders placed through the NEXLIFY website are subject to our acceptance. When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart at the prices and terms displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever. An order is considered accepted only when we issue an order confirmation email with a unique order number. Until such confirmation is sent, no contract exists between you and NEXLIFY.

We may refuse or cancel orders in the following circumstances: pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, inability to verify payment information, or shipping restrictions to your location. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

All prices displayed on the NEXLIFY website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders for which an order confirmation has already been issued.

Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur on our website. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received, or to contact you to offer the product at the correct price. We are under no obligation to honour incorrectly priced items.

Promotional discounts, coupon codes and special offers are valid only for the specified period and cannot be applied retrospectively to previously placed orders. Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

All product listings on the NEXLIFY website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that stock levels shown on our website are accurate and up to date. However, in rare cases, an item may become unavailable between the time you place your order and the time we process it for dispatch.

If a product in your order is out of stock, we will notify you by email or SMS as soon as possible. You will have the option to wait for the item to be restocked, select an alternative product of equivalent value, or receive a full refund for the unavailable item. If the unavailable item was eligible for a promotional offer, we will honour the promotion on your replacement item where possible.

NEXLIFY endeavours to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing information on our website are accurate and complete. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free, complete, current or reliable.

Colour Variation: The colours of products displayed on our website may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in monitor calibration, screen settings, lighting conditions during photography, and manufacturing variations. We cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately represents the true colour of any item.

Measurements & Size: Product dimensions, capacities and weights provided on our website are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances. We recommend reviewing all specifications carefully before purchase. For items where precise fit is important, please contact our support team for additional guidance.

If a product you receive does not match its description in a material way, you are entitled to return it under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Due to our multi-supplier sourcing model, product specifications, materials, packaging and minor design details may occasionally vary slightly between production batches while maintaining the intended functionality, quality standards and overall aesthetic. These variations are typically immaterial and do not affect the product's performance or suitability for its described purpose.

All products sold by NEXLIFY are genuine and sourced through authorised channels. We stand behind the quality of every item in our collection and will address any genuine quality concern through our standard returns and support process.

All content on the NEXLIFY website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photographs, images, logos, icons, graphics, videos, audio clips, software code, user interface designs and the overall visual presentation, is the exclusive property of NEXLIFY or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from our website without our prior written consent, except as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with placing an order.

The NEXLIFY name, logo, tagline and all related names, marks and trade dress are trademarks of NEXLIFY and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any way that disparages or discredits NEXLIFY.

You agree to use the NEXLIFY website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of its availability or accessibility.
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive or misleading conduct, including submitting false information, using stolen payment methods, or attempting to manipulate prices or promotions.
• Using automated systems, software, spiders, scrapers or bots to access, monitor or copy content from our website without authorisation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our servers, databases, user accounts or any connected systems.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening our staff, suppliers or other customers.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to the website, cancellation of pending orders, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and civil or criminal prosecution where appropriate.

NEXLIFY accepts multiple payment methods including online prepayment via Razorpay (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. By selecting a payment method, you confirm that you are authorised to use it.

Payment Failure

If your online payment fails due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, bank rejection, network error or any other reason, your order will not be confirmed. No amount will be debited from your account for a failed transaction. If your account was temporarily authorised for a failed payment, the hold will be released by your bank automatically within 5–7 business days per standard banking procedures.

Pending Payments

In rare cases, a payment may remain in "pending" status due to network delays or bank processing issues. If your payment is pending for more than 24 hours, we will attempt to confirm the status with our payment processor. If the payment cannot be confirmed, we will cancel the order and request that you place a fresh order. You will not be charged for cancelled pending orders.

Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same order, or if a technical error results in multiple charges, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and transaction references. We will verify the duplicate charge and process a refund for the excess amount within 5–7 business days.

NEXLIFY takes fraudulent chargebacks seriously. A chargeback should only be initiated when a transaction was genuinely unauthorised, the product was not received, or the product received was materially different from what was ordered.

Initiating a chargeback for a valid, delivered order without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue constitutes abuse of the dispute process. In cases of suspected chargeback abuse or fraud, we reserve the right to:

• Contest the chargeback with our payment processor and provide evidence of delivery and order fulfilment.
• Permanently suspend your account and refuse future orders.
• Report the activity to relevant financial institutions and fraud monitoring services.
• Recover our costs and legal fees associated with disputing illegitimate chargebacks.

We encourage all customers to contact our support team first for any order concern. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NEXLIFY and its directors, employees, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the website or our services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the website, including defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct.
• Any products or services obtained through the website, except where expressly guaranteed under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to NEXLIFY for the specific product or transaction giving rise to the liability, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.

NEXLIFY shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, epidemics or pandemics.
• War, terrorism, riots, civil commotion or acts of government.
• Strikes, lockouts, labour disputes or industrial action.
• Power failures, internet outages, or failure of telecommunications networks.
• Fire, explosion or damage to our premises, warehouses or logistics infrastructure.
• Delays or failures by third-party shipping carriers, payment processors or suppliers.

In the event of force majeure, we will use reasonable endeavours to resume performance as soon as practicable. If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may cancel unfulfilled orders without penalty, and any prepaid amounts will be refunded.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in New Delhi, India. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

If any provision of these terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
